Michigan LB commit Mantrez Walker considers Chris Partridge to be a part of his family

One of the first things that 2025 Buford (Ga.) High linebacker and Michigan commit Mantrez Walker did on his return visit to Ann Arbor last weekend was walk to the 50-yard logo inside The Big House to take photos. As the first underclassmen among everything who traveled to campus for Michigan’s biggest recruiting event in the month of March to do the photo shoot, Walker was also the first to don the all-yellow uniform. To say that the moment was a great feeling would be an understatement as the sophomore continues to vision the stadium packed with 110,000-plus screaming fans.
