After closing with four Ohio natives in the 2024 class so far, Michigan is off to a great start in the rival state en route to a top ten recruiting class, according to the On3 Industry Rankings, holding verbal commitments from Top 100 Cincinnati (Ohio) Archbishop Moeller running back Jordan Marshall, industry four-star Avon High interior offensive lineman Luke Hamilton, Lakewood St. Edward offensive tackle Ben Roebuck and Cincinnati St. Xavier defensive lineman Ted Hammond. As spring camp concludes next weekend and the evaluation period gets underway soon, Michigan remains in contention for the top junior talents in the state of Ohio.
