NC State emerged victorious from its bye week after edging Clemson as a home underdog last weekend at Carter-Finley Stadium. It is a new week with a new opponent, but the Wolfpack is not the favorite in Raleigh for the second straight week.

The Pack, a 4-point underdog, hosts Miami for a prime time matchup on national television, and NC State is looking to stay in the win column against a Hurricanes team that is riding a two-game winning streak after it has beaten Clemson and Virginia at home.

Miami’s trip to Raleigh is just its third true road game of the season, and its second to the Triangle. The Hurricanes lost 41-31 at North Carolina in early-October, and the Pack will look to hand Miami its second defeat in as many trips to the state.

NC State is 0-3 against Miami under coach Dave Doeren since he arrived in 2013, but the previous two meetings have been decided by a combined four points.
