There’s a rich basketball history inside NC State's Reynolds Coliseum. Jim Valvano once patrolled the sidelines inside the raucous building, and so did legendary women’s coach Kay Yow.  While the Wolfpack men don’t call the building home anymore — and haven’t since the 1999-2000 season — NC State has made an effort to stay connected with its past. The Pack, which has returned to the storied building once a year, will do so again Tuesday night against Coppin State in the annual Heritage Game.  NC State holds a 25-2 record inside the Old Barn since it moved the men’s program to Lenovo Center. That record is likely to improve as a winless Coppin State squad visits Raleigh for the mid-week clash.  Here are three thoughts, a bold prediction and more ahead of the Eagles and Wolfpack.
