It’s been a rough couple of years for the Penn State wide receiver position. Since the departure of Jahan Dotson to the NFL, the team has struggled to find consistency at the position and to develop a reliable playmaker with the skills to come through against every situation. While Penn State hasn’t always had a true number-one wide receiver, they’ve always been consistent and dependable. New position coach Marques Hagans has the job of getting the engine back up and running in his first full recruiting cycle.
