Penn State’s defensive line room is still wide open for the Class of 2024, with no commitments so far this cycle. In an effort to understand which players new defensive line coach Deion Barnes is considering, we’re looking at some of the top names at both defensive tackle and end this month in our advanced scouting. Today, however, we will go down the list and review a recently-offered player from Chester, PA, Dominic Toy. The 6-5 defensive end gained an offer this month from the program so it’s a good time to see what he brings to the table and why Barnes has offered the Philly-area native.
