Penn State football fans descend on Happy Valley this coming weekend for the annual Blue-White Game at Beaver Stadium. The scrimmage is a great opportunity for fans to check in with their team's progress as they march towards another college football season. It's also a great time to brush up on tailgating best practices, but that's beside the point.  Yet it's never easy to understand exactly what to expect from the game until we see the teams that line up on the Blue and White sidelines pre game. However, head coach James Franklin gave fans and the media an idea of what's in store this weekend on Tuesday.  "I'm just kind of breaking it up. Trying to make it as competitive as possible. So strategically, putting guys on both teams, that I think the game has a chance to be competitive. Guys that we would probably consider starters."  So, with a full competitive scrimmage ahead of us, let's use what we've learned this spring to see where the offense and defense can make plays.
