On today’s BWI Live Show, we discuss Allar’s comments. Senior Editor Nate Bauer joins the show to discuss what Allar meant when discussing the offense, his development, and what went wrong last season.
Penn State is working hard now to make things easy later
On today’s show, we dig into what Allar meant by putting the defense in conflict and what the new offense can do to create doubt in the defense’s mind.
“I think there’s gonna be a lot more things that we do on the front end for us that are going to, you know, make the defense communicate, and it’s gotta be more beneficial for us. Like helping guys get open from a schematic standpoint and getting them better, favorable matchups in a sense, and just making the defense beyond on their toes and always making them communicate,” Allar said.
Bauer wanted to know more about what new offensive coordinator Andy Kotelnicki brings to Penn State that will put the defense on its heels the way Allar describes. We put context to that conversation.
