Did Penn State win or lose in the transfer portal this offseason?

Penn State Football returns one of the deepest and most talented rosters that it’s had under head coach James Franklin. The Nittany Lions are a media darling this offseason and the upstart team to challenge for a College Football Playoff berth in November. The team avoided major attrition in the portal this offseason and had only a few holes to fill heading into the spring.  Now that we’re barreling towards fall camp with the roster mostly complete, we can look back and answer whether Penn State was a winner or a loser in the portal. To recap, these are the players that Penn State lost to the portal from the beginning of December to now.
