Today, we're looking at the Penn State defense. The best data, and the best use of data, is to describe something you see. While we don't want to apply any stat to fit our logic, we can use them strategically to measure and describe different aspects of football. So today, I'll go through one stat for each Penn State position group I'll follow this fall to see how they're performing based on our expectations.
