The Penn State Class of 2024 was signed just over a week ago, and 16 are on their way to enroll at Penn State in January. It's an interesting recruiting valley before the dead period shuts the doors on recruiting visits for the month. But I have yet to have a chance to give some thoughts on the Class, thanks to a much-needed Christmas vacation.
