James Franklin Tuesday press conference before Rutgers

Franklin started his opening comments, as he usually does, with a review of his team’s win over Maryland. Penn State defeated the Terrapins 30-0 last Saturday in the team’s first shutout of the season. Franklin spoke about the team’s explosive plays, sacks (7), and the other key metrics the staff tracks.
