This week, we’re dissecting the Penn State offense by position to see where each position group can take a step forward this offseason. Today, we're looking at the most widely criticized group on the offense: the wide receivers. While the group has frustrated Penn State fans over the last several seasons, the path forward is clear. We'll look at the one area where the group can improve beyond what new offensive coordinator Andy Kotelnicki can do for them schematically.
