In the last week, Penn State added two defensive linemen to the Class of 2023. Not only did they add volume, but quality in the prospects that they secured. Three-star defensive tackle Tyriq Blanding is a high-upside defender with the traditional Penn State athleticism traits and room to grow. Defensive line coach John Scott Jr followed that up by earning the commitment from TJ Parker of Alabama. The four-star edge defender changes the tone and structure of the Nittany Lion's defensive line class in a big way.
