One of the most significant pieces for the 2023 Penn State receiver room finally fell into place on Sunday evening when former Kent State wideout Dante Cephas announced he was joining the Nittany Lions. While the team is still hoping to add more pieces to the puzzle, we have some clarity to do a soft reset at the position and begin an outline of what the group will look like next season.
