This weekend, Penn State football released their updated roster with updated weights and numbers for players this spring. After a tireless offseason of conditioning and weight training, let’s look at the result. First, we’ll try to glean some information from the changes by position and individual, starting with the offense. However, it’s important to remember that these changes only indicate physical change, not positional skills. For a player to succeed on the field, they need to first win in the weight room.
