The 2023 season is finally upon us! This Saturday, the Penn State football team takes on West Virginia to start the most anticipated campaing for the program in recent memory. Last week we broke down the matchup between the Penn State offense and the West Virginia defense.  Today, we’ll start with the run game on the other side of the ball. Will Pen State’s defensive tackle room finally announce itself as a force for the team? Even if they don’t, can the rest of the front seven stymie the rushing attack? We’ll dive into that and discern where the most important confrontations will occur.
