There's usually a massive amount of information to download and digest when scouting an opposing football team. That information doubles when you face a new opponent for the first time. This s the case for Penn State football's first opponent on the 2023 schedule, West Virginia. The Mountaineers of the Big 12 come to Happy Valley in a non-conference clash to begin the season.  To streamline what we've learned about West Virginia, we'll break the scouting report down into manageable bites over the next two weeks.
