In honor of the Fourth of July, we’ve compiled a list of the most explosive rushers at Penn State over the last five seasons. This list uses PFF’s Breakaways percentage as the initial factor but will consider the volume and down-to-down efficiency as tiebreakers or special considerations. To make our list, a runner must have at least 50 rushes in a single season.  Let's get to the fireworks!
