It’s natural to focus on the top players in any class. But today, we’re not looking at Quinton Martin, Jon Mitchell, or any other top players Penn State has recruited so far. Instead, we’re focusing on the other side of the list because Penn State has several excellent prospects that are ranked much lower down the list for one reason or another.  So let’s dive into the most underrated players in Penn State’s class who can either shoot up the recruiting rankings. But, more importantly, despite their anonymity, these players have the skills to be highly productive when they reach Penn State.
