Penn State does not commit yet in the Class of 2023 at linebacker, but they are in a good position with several vital prospects. Two of which, four-star linebackers Phil Picciotti from Pennridge and Ta’Mere Robinson of Brashear, are in-state products. The third is high priority target from the state of Virginia, Tony Rojas, another four-star prospect according to On3. While none are guaranteed to land in Happy Valley, they are a unique group in that they fit perfectly together. To explain what that means, we’ll project them to their starting positions as if they were all to choose Penn State.
