Scouting potential Penn State receiver targets in the transfer portal

The Penn State offense needs reinforcements out wide ahead of the 2024 season. While traditional recruiting will bring Penn State three freshman wide receivers, the team needs an impact player who can immediately step in and perform. We'll look at the players in the portal based on Sean Fitz's list of potential targets.  I looked at one game for each receiver to give a quick overview of their physical traits. We'll cover roughly half of the previous list in today's breakdown.
