Penn State finally got on the board with a wide receiver in the 2025 recruiting cycle. Position coach Marques Hagans has his first full recruiting cycle this season and starts it off with four-star wideout Lyrick Samuel out of New York. The Bronx native from Erasmus Hall High School is an intriguing prospect who is quickly rising up the On3 rankings. While he wasn’t part of the initial On300, he holds a 91-overall ranking from On3.
