Penn State tackle commit Owen Aliciene is the second-tallest player at his position in the last two cycles. At 6-7.5, he's just half an inch shorter than 6-8 Eagan Boyer in the Class of 2024. (Photo: Aliciene family)

The Penn State Class of 2025 got an early boost on Sunday afternoon as offensive line coach Phil Trautwein continued finding commits early. After a junior day visit, 6-7, offensive tackle prospect Owen Aliciene committed to the program. The three-star offensive lineman is another New England prospect that the team nabbed early in the process.  So is Aliciene another hidden gem, like eventual top-100 prospect Luke Reynolds, who blew up during his senior season? Or is he another project tackle for the program to develop? We’ll get into his film and discuss what Aliciene does well.
