Penn State football filled a critical, but underrated need for the 2023 season on Wednesday evening when former Pennsylvania native Trey Potts committed to the program. The former Minnesota tailback will slot into the roster behind starters Kaytron Allen and Nick Singleton after this spring, providing depth and veteran Big Ten experience.
