Penn State football didn't have nearly as many freshmen contributing to the team's efforts in 2023 as they did in 2022. Still, some notable players burned redshirts or stood out in meaningful ways during the season, giving us a glimpse of what they might become. Herer are the top five freshmen from the 2023 season.
