Updated Penn State Mock Class for 2023

Penn State has finished the official visiting period for the summer and now waits to hear its fate. Most of Penn State's top targets will make their decisions by the end of the month, so before that happens, we'll try and predict how the class will end up. Unlike the last mock class, there's significantly more information, so fantastical projections won't be a part of the final product here. Recruiting insider Ryan Snyder and reporter Greg Pickel have gotten excellent intel and have spoken to players enough to give us a general lay of the land. What comes next is my interpretation of that information and how things might play out.
