Penn State receiver Omari Evans had a breakout spring game, but then faded into the background for the rest of 2023. Will he have a shot to rekindle his momentum in the Peach Bowl? (On3)

We will try to thread some difficult needles today when looking at Penn State's matchup with Ole Miss in the 2023 Peach Bowl. Positive momentum for the team is always a talking point in bowl season. Teams that "finish strong" project to a higher starting point the next season, getting more favorable publicity to start the next campaign. It's a real, if not ambiguous, thing.  Not only that, but Penn State will have two new coordinators for 2024. Penn State will have obvious starters returning in 2024, but not everywhere. The bowl game will be a chance for some young players to make a name early in the process and get a leg up on the competition in the future. Penn State typically gives young players more snaps if they feel those players are ready. Here's a list of young Nittany Lions that could potentially make a splash.
