You can see in the second half of this game that there's not a big talent disparity on the field. We were totally unprepared. That's on the coaching staff. Losing our qb1 obviously didn't help either

There's a huge talent gap. Northwestern quit playing because they were dominating so badly; which happens from time to time.

Meanwhile Cincy beating #8 TTU even though Cincy has a WAY smaller roster spend than RU. And their facilities suck.

AI - how is that possible???

The issue is the dispersion of the talent. We have a few elite players surrounded by players that can’t play at all. If this was an NFL team you would say there was total cap mismanagement.

Maybe we can just forfeit the rest of the season and save the upcoming weekly embarrassments .
Gives Keli an early start to find a real D1 Head Coach.

Seems empty in their stadium
This is why they built a stadium with a capacity of 35,000. They only have a diehard fanbase of roughly 20-25K. When the visiting team doesn't bring 5-10K, they won't sell out.

Kinda sad. A top 25 team and hardly anyone showed up at a brand spankin' new stadium on a beautiful day.

Schiano press conference will be fun. “We are close”. “We can’t turn the ball over”. “We need to chop”.

Isnt it 23,000?

Esit- just checked, it is 35,000. Maybe 23,000 is too big for them
