I'll start. Just watched the new Jim Jarmusch film, "Paterson" tonight and in an early scene in the bar in which the main character (named "Paterson" who is a bus driver in Paterson by day and writes poetry most other times) makes his regular evening stop at the local bar, while walking his significant other's dog, one of the characters in the bar yells at the bartender, "when are you going to get a TV - the Rutgers game is on!" It's one of those little accurate touches that a director like Jarmusch always gets right in his films. His movies aren't for everyone, as they're usually very slow and character driven, but they're always thought provoking and often funny in their way.
Anyway, that was one of the more obscure Rutgers references I can recall seeing on TV or in film or elsewhere. What you got?
