While the water is quite hard, it's not awful. Now sulphur leach in your water will taste strange at first, but it tastes great after a while.

Ok. So, I left Lincoln in 2023. My best places would be decide on what the lunch is. Business or family?

Ticos pretty legendary, and I may have seen the biggest pair of knockers on the biggest bimbo ever, there, after a Lincoln Stars hockey game. I'll never forget it. She was pretty proud of them gurls too..

I've never actually been to Ticos... I know the food was supposed to be 'good" my ma and pa loved it...

Haven’t been there for lunch but I had their catering for a meeting. Canyon Joes BBQ is fantastic on S 18th

I ate there recently on a visit to Lincoln - it was not to die for, but pretty good.

They have an Italian beef and pastrami sandwich that's named after "Norm" - the guy who used to run M&N Sandwich Shop at 27th and Randolph. It's a good sandwich, but not as good as Norm's were. Those were legendary - so good we would go there regularly, even though Norm was a total nut job.
