I'm just thinking about Russian, Ukraine, Swedish, etc. females. I believe they should be fast-tracked. Maybe we can just trade HOA Karens for them on a 1 for 1 basis.

Just started mine; turn 65 in October and was going to wait until I turned 67 to draw SSI but I realized I may not make it until then so I signed up as a 65th birthday present. I must have done well in the 40+ years in the workforce as my "benefits" are quite nice.
Likewise for me. My wife and I were hired just before our A+ pension and benefits were downgraded for further hires. It seems to me that very few people have had the luck I’ve had in my life.
Had similar experience-worked for an electric utility and the company went away from offering new hires benefits-they gave them a higher salary but in turn employees were responsible for their own benefits and retirement.Likewise for me. Good solution for getting those guys out of their parent's basements. But I'm not sure the Canadians would appreciative.

Yeah, these things don’t exist anymore for new workers. Being able to afford a nice home and a vacation a year working a mid but safe job that will give you a pension and medical is what the boomers were promised and received - GenX (me) also benefitted. New generations of workers are mostly boned between this and insane student loans to pay for college. And GenX too as far as SSI goes. Yay!!
It’s a comfort to know I can help my kids.
