Was awesome to watch in person and be apart of. They will build and if they can recruit well, they will keep the program going. Both programs need more local players

I have heard that the school itself is not a fan of the team

claiming that it takes away from the academic aspect of the school

iMO they have past dinners that could easily field an team with NIL that could compete with the rest of the in state teams

It was actually closer then I thought it would be......they won't be very good, probably won't be for a long time or possibly ever but they are giving players an opportunity to play D1ish Football that other schools may not have given them and if some players use it as a Springboard to a bigger school through the portal then so be it. Coach Jack is their WR coach, former Coach at MC and a Simeon Alum, he'll be hitting the CCL and CPS kids up this year. Sales pitch of "Probable immediate and extensive playing time available"
