1A Leo beat 6A Eisenhower 12-0!!! Maybe the wrong Eisenhower cancelled their season j/k but a shoutout to Leo!!!! I recall back in the 80’s & 90’s that Leo was supposed to move to Orland Park around 143rd LaGrange Road. Whatever happened to that? Also Leo was supposed to get Quigley South but Rita had the $$$$ & Alumni so they got it. After Rita moved CPS rechristened Cronin Field into Young Stadium I think? And used it at least one season. Leo played some games there

I don't mean to take anything away from Leo, but it might be more useful to determine playoff classes by football roster size.

I posted in a different topic but what happened with Leo? They were supposed to get Quigley South but Rita had the $$$$ & Alumni. Then in the late 80’s for a long time they were supposed to build a new Leo around 143rd Lagrange in Orland Park. What ever happened with that? Speaking of Rita I remember after they left 63rd that CPS took over Cronin Stadium there & they renamed it Young Stadium I think? They used it 1-3 years I think & Leo played there a few times

7A Argo would be 1 or 2 A. They have a saying here where I live. Some schools are horrible but really try. So they say oh that school is a 6A school with a 3A football program

I remember some years back in an early non-con when Chicago Christian beat a different South Suburban Conference team and some began running around with their hair on fire before CC went 9-0 on the regular season.

I believe it was Eisenhower also bc Shepard will NOT play them
