Looks like an insider video of just an everyday practice in the windowless basement known as the Nicolls Rumpus Room.
Just started watching it only about 15min in and had to step away but it seems pretty cool.
Edit: there are a bunch of fun facts that I didn't know, facts that you probably wouldn't care about unless your a Penn state or stats guy.

Yeah, he crushed it i love this...must watch very detailed.
He can now enroll next year and still have 5 years because of his age. He could also wait and see what happens 1st semester someone could get hurt and he could enroll for the 2nd semester
He’s one of the minority that has room to do this because he has a late birthday… young for his academic year.
What caught my ear was hearing it only cost $42 to attend the seven home duals!

Pretty interesting little video. While I’m sure Cael loves winning the B1G10s, the NCAAs are the big prize and Cael’s approach always puts the team in its best position to win there. Micic appears to understand that. I’ll say one thing for that ‘22 Michigan team, they had a damn good lineup of really hard wrestlers as well as the class not to go out and award themselves 2nd place rings when it was all said and done.

Reads as pretty honest imo. And he supported the recruiting assertion...
“Almost beat Penn State in the finals at the NCAA tournament.” And my weiner is “almost 12 inches”.
If Michigan darn near beat PSU for the national championship in 2022, then Iowa was practically the Big10 champ in 2022.
Can we say all season "he should still be in high school "?

Hell - I’ll be doing it for about 18 months. Then he will be about the age Forrest won NCAAs when he should have been in pre-Algebra

One of the comments pointed out that Cael was the OW at each of his four NCAA tournaments. That is so impressive.
Yeah, when you start reciting some of those stats, the attempts to put others on his level or above in folk style are even more ridiculous.
Dake is second but a long way back
As for freestyle, David Taylor didn’t make his first world team or win his first medal until he was 28. Cael retired at 25 after his Olympic gold medal.
Imagine a Cael Sanderson career where he stayed with freestyle - especially with the better rule set that JB, Taylor etc enjoyed. It would have been Baumgartner-esque with more gold. Too bad he didn’t because it gives the freestyle nerds some ammo to use against him.

I know we're all partial to Cael's record here and rightly so but what John Smith did from 87 through 92 is hard to top. In that stretch he won every major tournament, 2 NCAAs, 4 Worlds and 2 Olympics before retiring from competition to coach full time. He became head coach at OSU in 91 while still winning 91 Worlds and 92 Olympic gold.
I’ve had the good fortune to sit quietly with John Smith a few times. The great ones are astoundingly demanding of themselves. As coaches they command commitment quietly and exhibit ruthlessness only as needed. John S and Cael have very interesting similarities in terms of “command” and well understood differences in tactics. You are entirely correct to place John Smith at or near the very top.
One of my bucket list items was to attend Gallagher-Iba arena and watch a John Smith coached team wrestle a Cael coached team. That didn’t happen and the dual kinda fell off my bucket list. 
Will have to respectfully disagree on Dake. What he accomplished in college without the redshirt and at much tougher weights is equal to what Cael did. Cael 1A Dake 1B
