I don't think Mallard Creek has a chance to be honest. It's hard to not pick Buford by a couple scores in this one. Although, I hope MC pulls off the win and shocks the world.
Lived in GA for a long time…the Buford football stadium is something else -62M
Not sure why Mallard Creek is scheduling Buford. Yeah, they will say they arent ducking smoke, blah blah, but Mallard Creek hasnt been elite for some time now. Hough or Grimsley should be playing Buford.
Grimsley won't do it, because they probably feel like they need to keep their win streak alive so they can make up for the last 50 years before 2019.

Creek and Rolesville almost exclusively schedule teams they are nowhere near competing with. The only team that can play Buford is Hough. Not even PD
My understanding is based on their special standing with under amour, they have to schedule some of the elite teams in the nation. Although MC hasn’t been elite since 2019, they always scheduled tough teams but scheduling the elite Georgia teams is something different.
Mallard Creek offense gave up 3 defensive touchdowns to the Buford defense in the first half, the first 3 TDs Buford scored came from their defense. No way to overcome that.
