I like the addition of Geneva. I’m beginning to think they are the 6A favorites. Assuming, of course, ESL is allowed to petition up to 7A.
Keeping an eye on the WSC Silver. Dont like Fenwick being down at half to OPRF, but maybe the Huskies are much better than expected. Rochester earned it thus far with the beatdown of Batavia which I cant ignore since they handled MS.
I am not looking forward to Friday. Im fairly certain they will beat us by 50+.

Rochester/Batavia was an absolute treat, but it was still only one game. Rochester had a lesser team hang around for 3 quarters in week 1 and a forfeit win in week 3.
They would have beaten Decatur like a drum. Last time we saw them they were clocking a good team. Its not going to be able to carry them all season, but in week 3 it is. Going forward they really needed SHG to beat JCA and for JCA to have a stellar year.
The one that has me baffled is Loyola at #6. I think they're the state's best team.
They'll have the opportunity to make a case against MC in week 9. Also have Rice this week.

Still need to prove it to me. Still haven't beat a team with a winning record. The Warren win looks worse and worse each week with as far as they've fallen.

I think Prospect is pretty legit after seeing them play live and seeing the beating they put on Naperville Central Week 3.
DGN still seems an unknown to me. Maybe this win over HC was impressive, maybe not. HC hasn't had a quality win yet to base it off of

I'd flip flop LA and BR at least for this week. I saw most of the first half vs Rita and they cut through them like a hot knife through butter and stuffed Rita's strong run game, I don't think they had to it mid field outside of recovering a LA fumble....I didn't pay attention to the second half stream and their was no scoreboard and clock and I got tired of waiting for a scoreboard glimpse but there was no scoring and I didn't know if Rita tightened it up or if LA let off the brakes. It looked like when I did check back in it was bench vs bench in the 4th.

BUT, it was much easier to say than: Most Publics North of New Lenox, Lockport, Joliet, Plainfield, Bolingbrook, Lemont, etc.
