Thought someone ran the wrong route on the first pick. But it’s definitely bad route design. 3 people in the same space once again.
I just looked at the coaching and support staff. There must be 100 people on the payroll. BS titles. Ridiculously poor qualifications. No offense to Meekins because he was a great player, but…
Before returning to Rutgers, Meekins served as an assistant football coach at Tiffin University (DII) and later as an In-School Suspension Coordinator for the Teaneck Board of Education

Aldo are you busting my balls. I’ve pointed this out for almost 3 years. Our staff is bloated and expensive. Don’t let anyone tell you we don’t have money or resources. We don’t have a money problem we have an allocation problem.
It's clear the athleticism isn't there (except if course for Duff and Raymond), but that's all on Greg, especially when UMass and BC have more.

Serious answer though - we run a base 4-2-5 defense so the blitzers are likely to be DBs. But we need every DB in coverage because they can't play.
Exactly can’t bring pressure unless you give up db coverage. Alignment/system problem.

LOL…yeah but I never actually looked at the site. I’m shocked. Half these jobs must be no-shows. Zero hiring standards. Hate to pick on Meekins but he was running the in-school suspension program at Teaneck and then gets hired to run the Football Academics Program at a B1G school?!

Awful call. Did such a good job up to that point. And he drops a dud with slow mesh.
