Joe Susan was Greg's coach at Bucknell and has been with GS for years - he should have some insights (aside from GS running a janky offense).

I did see an RU team as bad as the current one back in 2016 when Ash took over. His first game Washington spanked RU 48-13. That team would finish 2-10 with 0-9 record in B1G

Us 60+ year olds call attention to one Curt Cignetti, who at 65 yrs is the king of college football coaches. Doesn’t exactly blow you away with energy, enthusiasm, and positive energy. The fact is the position coaches can take care of the rah, rah stuff (very overrated in my opinion). Having the team prepared from an understanding and knowledge perspective is much more important for the HC imo.

And each person ages differently and at a different rate. When I worked EMS, there were patients in their mid 50s already in nursing homes. Meanwhile, Dick Van Dyke is 100 years old and still works out. Does Dick Van Dyke know ball?
