Does 80% mean that it will rain 80% of the time, that there is a 20% chance of no rain, or that probably 20% of the area will get no rain?

I never can figure that out.

Not going to give a prediction, but we better win this game and no nail biter either. Our former Western Division rivals are getting the job done today. We need a great performance to get tuned up for the B1G.
