ASU report details lapses before hockey player's collapse

Arizona State did not vet the training plan for the workout led by a former Green Beret, during which a hockey player collapsed last month, according to a preliminary report the university released Tuesday.

Hockey player dies at school workout? Led by someone the school didn’t vet? Numerous errors made during workout and treatment after player collapsed? I’ve read most of the reporting via college hockey news, plus the above espn reporting. ASU’s own report details the lapses. Imagine what an independent report would find and reveal from players and attendees not beholden to the school. Hell, just read the above story about ASU’s own report. Lots of unnamed people. Just wait for the criminal investigation and civil lawsuits.
