Kind of a crazy rushing stat, especially considering that it was accomplished with the 3rd, 4th, and 5th string backs having lost Moulton and Phillips for the game.

Nope. A few games where two of them did, but never all 3. And usually, one of those 3 was out/injured, so all 3 rarely appeared in the same game.
Yeah, now I remember, each ran for 100 individually, in 3 different games.
Actually, Canzeri ran for 250 against Illinois, I think Wadley ran for 204 against Northwestern, then Daniel's just missed 200 (196 I think) against Minny, all in the 2015 season.

Angerer told Dolph he was wrong in the post game about it. UNI was, well, terrible in all aspects minus punting. Still felt good to see our #3, 4 and 5 rbs with rb #6 still getting good touches.
Did Doll get hurt? He wasnt returning kicks today.
Then again, I guarantee I'd have rushed for well over 100 yards yesterday myself. I mean NIU was pretty bad, but UNI--OMG. Iowa's first team just destroyed them, as I predicted. I said Iowa should score at least 60, and they easily could have put up 70 or 80. (BTW, Iowa lost to Ohio State 83-21 on October 28, 1950, which remains the highest point total for the Buckeyes in the modern era and the most points OSU has scored against a Big Ten opponent in school history.)
I still say Iowa should be embarrassed to play an FCS school, and especially this UNI team that was totally, completely, utterly outmanned. If Iowa wants to donate a million bucks to UNI football, go ahead, but play somebody with a pulse.
C'mon Duke. UNI is bad, but you aren't running for 100 yards against your local intramural team. Also, Iowa plays really bad teams every year. Just last year they played a vaunted Albany Greyhounds team that followed up their loss to Iowa by giving up 37 points and 374 yards rushing in a loss to Delaware St.
It's a very rare occurrence, so rare that it's apparently been 43 years since the last time it happened. Throw in the fact that the 1 and 2 backs were out and that makes it all the more unusual.
I kinda want to start a parody thread if kirk ever had 3 100 yard passers in a game lol.
