Top 2027 recruit Micah Ojo commits to UNC

Micah Ojo has a complete game but I personally love her ability to finish in the low post,
shoot and make 3's and block shots. So blessed she is a Tar Heel !

Hopefully, this will reduce some of the anxiety that some had about CB, and her recruiting and finishing. No doubt CB will be building a dynasty at Carolina, with the recruits which she has coming in, and the one's which she is recruiting. Some says at least one more player, which seems possible with the names still out there who are considering UNC. Kudo's to CB and her staff on maintaining composure even when some recruits went elsewhere, even after spending an enormous time recruiting them.
She is very impressive. Skilled, athletic, and plays with a high motor on both ends.
Banghart has landed a top 15 ranked recruit on 6 of her 8 recruiting classes. The only one clearly missed was 2022 when #27 Paris was our lone recruit.
The other exception was 2024 when Grant was top 20 until she reclassified and they tanked her ranking. She was part-time starter on Team USA so her drop to #59 was insane regardless of reclassification.
our issue more is players staying/getting healthy and living up to their ranking. Tons of high quality players, but Deja Kelly is the only one to turn a top HS ranking into 1st team All-ACC or some level of All-American accolade.

No, NB was ranked number 13 in the country. TH was ranked number 22. If she would have gotten hurt going into her senior year, she would have been ranked higher.

Add in Ivanna or another 2 5 stars we’re after and that’s as good as any roster in the country on paper
National Champion's good with Ivanna and Ryan Carter. JMO.
CB's program has been bumping up against the top tier for a few years. Stacking the 5 stars may finally get her over that hump. But the injury bug needs to go plague somebody else.
I love it. Has anyone ever seen a player do this before. I think this is new for me.
