This is one of those games where a good offense allows Iowa to separate. But they don’t have it. So it will be an unnecessarily 19-16 game
This Washington team is a shell of that great team they had a few years back...
If the defense tries to simulate a snap, “disconcerting signals,” etc. it’s called delay of game.
