Think this was before Kiffin lost and Franklin lost his second in a row (to Lupoi no less)....FWIW.

Kraft laughs at Sumrall and Chesney.

Moved past really putting *any* hope into this season and will just celebrate the wins (if/when they come); it's a true rebuild. Thing to watch is is Campbell/Kraft doing the right things to right the ship....and, I don't know. Didn't see a lot of action/mentions from recruits at the White Out which historically has been a pretty good verbal weekend (again, noting NIL has changed all timelines...).

Sumrall should be a B- given the way his team has performed the last 2 weeks. Kiffen lost to Kentucky - that drops him down to a B- (given the talent LSU has). Whittingham is 1 poorly officiated second away from being a D.

I think Campbell is given a very generous grade. I would not grade him that high. He must have brought in an apple for the teacher.

In all seriousness, I questioned Sumrall when I saw the list. kiffen too.

It’s also hard for Campbell to make in-home visits for mom’s psghetti during the season.

😞

Every month Kraft stays involved adds a year to the rebuild

How do Will Stein and Lane Kiffin have the same grade when Will beat Lane head to head, with less of a roster than the mighty Tigers have. Will Stein is the quinesential A+ on this list........

This was before last weekend. Most recent I could find but yeah - Stein higher, Kiffin lower (by a lot actually), Franklin & Campbell both lower….noting these grades may not be solely based on wins. VT fans are still in the honeymoon phase and stoked.

This is one person’s opinion and when I look at his rankings he doesn’t seem very credible to me. Last weekend D+ beat A- Franklin. My daughter and son in law (he’s a VT grad) went to the game as they live in Livermore, not too far of a drive to Cal. His observations - poor clock management and not great in game coaching by BGJ. He said he looks every bit as underwhelming as he did at Penn State.

Lupoi beat Franklin....so not sure how the grades are being determined.

It's amazing how you guys can't let go of Franklin.

PSU has very current and much bigger problems.

Maybe a couple more years of dwelling on the past will fix them, but I doubt it.

Yes. Both sides are brutal - still mad he was fired, still happy he was fired. The endless back and forth about Franklin pollutes every thread. Grow up and move on!

Campbell deserves an F. And I was one of his biggest promoters. But give it 3 full seasons to fully grade. Hopefully he gets it together.
