Just stick with Hecklinski. If Brown can’t take care of the football, then he has no upside to Heck. Heck will at least make some plays in the passing game.
If they had an overweight Nate Stanley we're legitimately NC contenders. It's infuriating
What is worse? Getting kicked in the balls or our QB's.
KF doesn't give a **** about QB play. He's going to make sure they're coached into robots who play like deer caught in headlights no matter who they are.
New game after half time. 0-0. LFG Hawkeyes and WAKE TF UP!!!
Brown and Heck have been given every opportunity to succeed.
Never so glad to see halftime in my life
Of all the times for Captain Conservative to not kick the FG at 3rd and 10, with 15 ticks and no timeouts left, Iowa gives up an "AYFKM!?!?!?!" pick.
If he was "facking terrible" I can only imagine your razor sharp commentary on Hank's performance.
Heck was benched because he's not Kirks 1st choice.
QBs suck ***. O line sucks *** and RBs can’t run. Disaster class
We are playing very un-iowa like in this game. Too many penalties. Multiple turnovers. A blocked punt.
We’re damn lucky that this game is tied. Against a good opponent we’d be down by three touchdowns.
Now let’s pull our heads out of our asses in the 2nd half and put this game away.

That's what you get for not having a mobile QB who you're not afraid allowing him to run...............
Trash.
Btw, if you're gonna have a healthy Hank Brown then if you're gonna play Hecklinski, you f***ing NEED to have him as a f***ing run option to free up the offense.
We saw NONE of that in the 1st half.
Scared f***ing bullsh**.

3 TOs, a missed wide open TD, a pick inside the 10 ... And we are tied haha
If we stop stepping on our own dicks this is a complete blowout

Guess we know now why McNeil isn't playing more..........
Looked like they were trying to hurt Moulton , Minnesota must be punks
Which coach didn't want to bring in another portal QB because we had "enough at the position"? I thought I read somewhere that Ferentz went with that coach's evaluation. Not sure if it was Lester or not.
The good news: played about as bad as possible and it's tied 3-3 with Minnesota acting like they won the Superbowl.
The bad news: Seems like Minnesota could steal a win here.

He needs to stop acting cute and wear some gloves and swallow some pride
Neither of them have anyone to blame. I'm good with going with Hank in the 2nd half.
This feels like a 6-3 or 9-6 type game. Hank generally is going to take better care of the ball. (Had to force something on that 3rd and no timeouts)
