Probably won't be the last time he's charged. He's a lawyer and he will hire good lawyers. Then you factor in a Democrat Judge and Jury. This isn't the Soviet Union so we can't just take him out back and shoot him. Does him and Brennan deserve to be in prison? Absolutely but unfortunately it will be a fight to make it happen.
