Currently 58 F and sunny in NEW. JERSEY. o_O . The high today will be 70!

Gotta love Native American Summer.

How is your weather?
We’ve bee in the 70s with now rain for about three weeks now. Though I would prefer it about ten degrees colder, it’s pretty incredible weather.

My wife and I were in Rhodes (a Greek island off the SW edge of Turkey) on the day it got eleven inches of rain, a couple weeks ago. Some poor sap’s car got swept into the sea that day. Just saying, #subjectlinesmatter. Yes, we got our sightseeing done that day, neither rain nor snow.

Golfed yesterday in shorts and a polo. Was 68 in NEPA yesterday.
Our course stays open all year to members with their own carts as long as there's no snow on the ground. Hope to make it to Dec this year.

Is this the one day a year where you walk out of your house and don't immediately get swamp arse? Or is it still as humid as living in an ocean?
Yes....we do have some muggy summers. But the fall and spring weather is near perfect. Along with mild winters, it beats the northeast hands down.

If you're into torture, sure.
To each his own.....I've lived extensively in both regions and I prefer the south. Apparently many do, based on ths mass migration to this region from the north

The Southeast United States experiences significantly more sunny days per year than the Northeast. While major Southeast hubs average roughly 210 to 240 sunny days annually, states in the Northeast typically see closer to 160 to 200 sunny days. [1]
This geographical divide is largely driven by weather patterns: the Northeast is frequently subjected to cloud-heavy storm systems (like Nor'easters) and lake-effect cloud cover, whereas the Southeast benefits from a more subtropical climate with frequent high-pressure systems that clear out clouds.

Mixes of sun and rain in Juno Beach. Requires a lot of outdoor pool table attention.

The tide has died down, but I guess we're to get a bunch of rain again on Sunday.

After crappy weather through summer and a good chunk of September, it’s turned wonderful once a certain team dear to majority of our hearts started a nosedive.

As nice as the weather has been, there’s a bit of an Eeyore feeling and not enjoying it to its fullest.

I'm really not following you on this. Is your contention that the weather is better in the northeast or do you just hate the south? You seem a bit agitated.

I have lived in northern Ohio since the mid 50's. I have never seen a longer stretch of beautiful fall weather. By the way, Ohio is doing just fine.

My mood is a bit tempered now. I went to the gym this morning (Yeah, I know. Me at the gym. Jesus. 😞), and I parked next to a car with PSU and michigan window stickers. For f*ck’s sake.

F the gym. Do some pushups at home.

Mood is further tempered. Started out in a good mood. Nice weather, Halloween, PSU and Illinois football later today (😞), heading out with my wife for scones and lattes. Then I walk by a guy in the shopping center wearing an oklahoma state sweatshirt with some “COMPETE TO DEFEAT REPEAT” horse-a$$ across the bottom. This crap in NEW. JERSEY. o_O ? Why?

😞
