We've actually, somewhat surprisingly, played very well today--and that was evident from the start--even when it was tied at 7 and 14
But, yes, I'm asking for too much

Much better vs purdue. Suck vs anyone good.

3rd rb only averaged 4 carries a game going into this game.

As it's been discussed consistently--a lot of that has to do with the fact we lack a pass game so teams can take away the run and when you play 3 or 4 backs no one gets comfortable. We also played our toughest 4 conference games first without our best player...nothing that happened was surprising--including Hansen and Wallace running well today.

This has been a nice bounce back game for Rocco - managed the game well, avoided turnovers. Brahmer and Wallace also showed up big.

He's honestly only had two bad games (Michigan & Wisconsin)
He was solid today--not great--but good to see

It wasn't. He knows it. We know it.
He'll learn from it
It's not like we're battling for a playoff spot and can't allow him to learn from these mistakes that kids make
Especially a DB

Oh, absolutely agree. For a young kid, surprised it hasn't happened sooner. I was critical of him in the first half, but he was still the leading tackler in the half.

So--the advantage of picking off the pass there is it allows you run out the clock with a first down vs Purdue gets the ball back if we take over at the four
Knock it down--yeah, I agree--but it worked fine given the circumstances
