One of the best things about the win today is that even though it came against a weak opponent, we had our best, and quite possibly our two best offensive players out today.

Not the 180 turnaround we all wanted for our Halloween treat, but a solid win and hopefully something to build on.
Works for me. I never felt we were in any real danger of losing.

We scored more points than pu. I don’t get it.
If on a horizontal number line point A denotes the number of points scored by Purdue and point B denotes the number of points scored by Penn State, then B is to the right of A on this number line.

@Tom McAndrew - anything you can do about this being spammed again and again and again and again and again in game threads? Or is there no room for serious posts in them? Thanks.

Not if you're looking at the number line upside down.

Reminds me of a story about Richard Feynman taking a Rorschach test. Shown an ink blot, he stares at it for a half-minute before saying, “Isn’t it upside down?” Just being a smartazz.

Just got in and did not see any of the game. Not being a goof, just asking if Martin and Peoples are hurt or just went with hot hands.
I didn't watch but listened some on the radio. I heard no mention of Peoples or Martin during the time I was listening to the radio broadcast. Ham & Jones did mention that Cam Wallace had a great two weeks of practice, thus his many touches against Perdue.

Wallace and Hansen ran through huge holes tonight. Say it’s luck or skill on the RB’s part, but from my POV it looked like the offensive line played their best game of the season. And the Purduefront 7 looked overmatched.

PSU was absolutely the better team tonight. The Purdue points came on massive mistakes from the PSU special teams and defense.

As a fan, I’m definitely taking tonight as progress though. Makes the back half of the season worth watching.
